F1 takes trophies to a whole new level: may I introduce you to "Heroo", Austin's Grand Prix trophy made by the italian artist Matteo Macchiavelli in collaboration with Pirelli. The vision behind the trophy was the fact that formula one drivers are always portrayed as heroes because of the high speeds they have to deal with every time they race, bringing us like this to this awesome creation that tries to illustrate the fact with this trophy.
"It is an interpretation of the connection between the racing car and its tyres, while also being an artwork that links beauty and elegance with the excitement, sense of speed and quality of the materials that go into a Formula 1 car." - Pirelli Motorsport
This trophy is very representative and you can clearly see how it takes the shape of a human form. With its arms up, raised in triumph, and its helmet, Heroo truly seems like a winning F1 driver! The coolest thing about Heroo might be the materials that were used to make it. Carbon fibre for the whole body and helmet, a rubber base for the Pirelli tyre. And then, for the helmets colours: golden yellow sprinkled in gold dust, silver and titanium.

This won't be the last time we see Heroo: replicas will be produced in a limited production run for collectors and fans of collectible toys.

What do you think of Heroo? Do you like him? Did you know the idea behind it? Thank you so much for reading this article, make sure to follow me on instagram! (@aleinsidef1)
