Last news from F3: the 2025 grid updated

The official F3 instagram profile has been giving us some great news about the upcoming 2025 grid in the last few weeks. A lot of changes have been made. From Rafael Camara leaving Prema and graduating to F3, to Tuukka Taponen teaming up with ART Grand Prix! Seems like we have a lot to expect from next year's championship. Keep reading to find out who the confirmed drivers are yet so far, and to know a bit more about their careers and private lives.

CHARLIE WURZ: The first driver to be confirmed for the 2025 F3 season was Charlie Wurz, an austrian driver, born in 2005 in Monte Carlo. Winner of the F4 United Arab Emirates championship 2022 and of the Formula Regional Oceania championship 2023, now racing in F3. Son of the ex F1 driver and two times winner of the 24 hours of Le Mans, Alexander Wurz. The austrian will join Trident Team in the upcoming season!

MARI BOYA: Born in Les, Spain, in 2004, Mari Boya was the second driver announced to race for F3 in 2025. He was vice champion of the spanish F4 in 2020 with MP Motorsport. This is his second year racing in F3 with Campos Racing.

UGO UGOCHUKWU: American, born in 2007 in New York. He's now racing in the FRECA (Formula Regional Championship by Alpine) with Prema Racing. Previously in his career, he got third in the british F4 championship while racing for Carlin and he got second in the Italian F4 championship 2023 while racing for Prema. He will continue his journey with Prema, racing in F3 for the 2025 season!

LOUIS SHARP: Born in 2007 in Nottingham, United Kingdom, but raised in New Zealand. The New Zealand driver was the winner of the 2024 GB3 Championship for Rodin Motorsport and the 2023 F4 British Championship for Rodin Carlin. He will continue his journey with Rodin by racing in the 2025 F3 championship!

TASANAPOL INTHRAPHUVASAK: Born in 2005 in Thailand. Known also as Tern, Tasanapol is a thai driver who races for AIX Racing. Son of the driver GT Vutthikorn Inthraphuvasak. He will race in the F3 Fia championship with Campos Racing in 2025. They have already worked together in the past, and this is going to be his second season with them.

BRANDO BADOER: Born in 2006 in Montebelluna, Italy. Son of Luca, ex F1 driver with Minardi. Brando is now racing in the FRECA (Formula Regional Championship by Alpine). He debuted in the 2022 F4 UAE Championship while he simultaneously raced in the italian F4 championship that same year. He will be racing with Prema for the 2025 F3 FIA Championship.

NOAH STRøMSTED: Born in Denmark in 2007. He currently races in the FRECA (Formula Regional Championship by Alpine) with RPM and Campos Racing. He was the danish F4 vice champion in 2021. He will race in the FIA F3 Championship in 2025 with Trident.

GERRARD XIE: Born in 2006 in Hong Kong, China. Now racing in the GB3 2024 Championship for Hitech Pulse-Eight. He has previously raced in the 2023 series with Hillspeed. He also was champion of the F4 chinese championship 2022 and of the Formula Renault Super Challenge 2022. He will continue his journey with Hitech in the FIA F3 Championship in 2025!

LAURENS VAN HOEPEN: Born in 2005 in Wassenaar, Netherlands. Winner of the New Zealand grand prix 2023. He re-signed with ART Grand Prix, this being his second season with them, for the FIA F3 Championship of 2025!

MARTINIUS STENSHORNE: Born in 2006 in Hokksund, Norway. His father, Martin, was a driver and raced for Barber Pro Series in the '90s. He was the FRECA (Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine) in 2023. He re-signed with Hitech for the 2025 FIA F3 Championship!

TUUKKA TAPONEN: Born in 2006 in Lohja, Finland. He won the CIK-FIA world championship in 2021. He's part of the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy since 2022. He will race with ART Grand Prix in the FIA F3 championship in 2025!

RAFAEL CAMARA: Born in 2005 in Recife, Brazil. He's now racing for FRECA (Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine) with Prema. He will race in the FIA F3 Championship next year with Trident Team!
