If you're a FRECA fan like me, I bet you're dying to know who the drivers will be next year. For now, I can't say much. But I'll make sure to talk about the freshly announced news. (Freddie Slater fans: get ready!) We'll also be talking about other things such as the constructor's championship, so make sure to keep reading this article!
So, let's start off by talking about the last races and what happened in the last period of FRECA's 2024 season. We got Prema winning the constructor's championship, alongside their driver Rafael Camara who won the driver's championship. Then we got James Wharton on pole position and winning both race 1 and 2 in Barcelona on the 29th of september. He has been doing really well lately, but we don't know if we'll see him in FRECA next year, since he recently stepped up to FIA F3 championsip. But what about the expected news? Well, today, on the 18th of october 2024, Prema announced something really big.
FREDDIE SLATER: Confirmed to be racing for Prema in FRECA for the 2025 season! The british 16 year old boy (Italian F4 2024's champion) steps up to Formula Regional, after winning 13 races in italian F4 to be crowned champion.

Massive thanks to Angelo and Rene for placing their trust in me to do the job and for giving me another opportunity to go for some more race wins and hopefully, more championships. We don't really know anything else about next year's drivers lineup, but I'm sure that FRECA's official profile will give us great news soon. Personally, I'm very excited about Freddie getting into FRECA and I hope he does well. I've known him for quite a lot now and I won't ever stop supporting him.
